Legion of Mary Sibu’s Year 2023
Legion of Mary Sibu organizes Sibu English Curia at Good Happiness Restaurant. Also present were several groups of each Roman Catholic community from Sibu. Various performances were shown on stage such as traditional dances, choirs and lucky draws. Meanwhile, at the lunch, Bishop of Sibu Right Reverend Joseph Hii said it is his hope that all Catholics have the sense of belonging to the church. He also said since its inception in Sibu, Legion of Mary had produced many committed people in the church; some committing their lives as priests, religious brothers and sisters; some to families; and some committed to celibacy.
