Visit of Emeritus John Ha with his entourage to the Sacred Heart Chapel, Bawan.
Bawan — On July 23, 2025(Wednesday), Emeritus John Ha with his entourage from Kuching came to the Sacred Heart Chapel Bawan to visit the Chapel which has reached 100 years since 1898, which was the era of British colonialism in Sarawak. This Chapel was rebuilt to make it easier for the residents around Bawan to pray, seeing as before they had to travel to the Tada Church and the SFX Kanowit Church every Sunday. Now this Chapel is always visited by the Christian community from within Malaysia and abroad for pilgrimage activities.
