On Friday 18 April 2025- Saint Francis Xavier,Kanowit celebrates the Stations of the Cross is a 14-step Catholic devotion at Bukit Mamaloh that commemorates the last day of Jesus Christ on Earth as a man. The 14 devotions, focusing on specific events of His last day, begin with His condemnation. The stations are typically used as a mini-pilgrimage as individuals move from station to station. At each station, the individual remembers and reflects on a specific event from Christ’s last day. A specific prayer is recited, then the individual moves to the next station until all 14 are completed.
