Easter Day at SFX Kanowit Year 2023
Welcoming Easter or better known as Good Friday and Easter Sunday is a celebration that is welcomed by all Christians, including the Christian community in this Kanowit Week. Referring to Christians and their beliefs, the meaning of this Easter is past or in English is “Passover”. Christians believe that their Lord Jesus Christ died on the Cross and rose on the third day, “Easter Sunday” to atone for mankind’s sins. Therefore, all Christians welcome this Easter celebration every year as a reminder of Jesus Christ who died as the atonement for human sins.
